To guarantee availability, we need at least a 90-day notice for a booking. This is due to
our management rental agreement with our rental agency who will book our condo when we
cannot. If you are interested in booking dates with less than 90-day notice, we will check
with our agency to insure availability. Availability may not be possible with less than 90
days notice. This may happen at almost anytime of the year due to high occupancy in
Maui and throughout the Hawaiian islands...So, please, don't delay booking your
vacation!
Cancellation Policy:
a. A $200 deposit is required at the time of
booking. The balance of charges is due 30 days prior to proposed check-in
date. If a cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to reservation check-in date, a $75 cancellation
fee will be charged and the $125 remaining balance of the $200 deposit will be mailed to
your home address.
b. If cancellation notice is given less than 30 days prior to check-in date,
then the client forfeits the $200
deposit. Reduction in days rented will not be refunded
unless the value exceeds $200 and only the amount above $200 will be refunded.
